Visual Image Search

Visual Image Search is a plug-and-play offline image search tool for Windows.

Unlike a normal image text reader or OCR tool, this app does more than search for words inside pictures. It searches images based on what is visually inside them.

That means you can search your image folders with plain descriptions like:

The app looks at the actual visual content of your images and finds the closest matches, even if the file name is random and there is no readable text in the picture.

Privacy:

Visual Image Search runs locally on your computer. Your images are not uploaded to a cloud service. The app creates a local search index and thumbnail cache on your machine.

Important:

The first time you index a large folder, it may take some time because the app has to analyze each image. After that, searching is much faster.
